FAQ
On every product page, there is an estimated dispatch time for every item that is not currently in our warehouse. These are backorder items or items expected to arrive in our warehouse within the week. Items without an estimated dispatch date are available in our warehouse for dispatch on same or next business day.
Please note that paying for express shipping does not affect dispatch time, only shipping times
All back order items have an estimated dispatch time on the product page, next to the Add to Cart button. Please note that this is an estimate only. Selecting Express shipping unfortunately cannot speed up the dispatch time from our supplier to us. Shipping times apply only after dispatch from our warehouse to you.
Please contact us at info@studioeurope.com.au as soon as you notice an error. There is a small window of time where we can edit an order before shipment.
Please contact us with photos of your incorrect or faulty garment and we will provide a returns slip as well as a prepaid return shipping label for an exchange.
Contact us at info@studioeurope.com.au with a request for a returns form that must accompany your return delivery. Please note that unless item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer only store credit and exchange for change of mind purchases. Store credit can be used within 2 months of receipt. Please see our returns section for full details.
Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card to the value of the item that was returned. Gift cards can be used at checkout by entering the code provided.
Due to the amount of products listed on Studio Europe, occasionally an item or style will be out of stock or discontinued by our supplier before we can adjust the website. Backorder items are subject to availability with our suppliers. Cancelled orders are refunded same day.
Occasionally we may experience shipment delays from our suppliers. We will sometimes split orders so that we can dispatch available items immediately and customers need only wait for backorder items. We cover all extra costs of multiple shipments. However, if you would prefer to receive your order as a single shipment, please let us know.
Orders including breast forms will include an itemized invoice in your parcel.
If an invoice is required for mastectomy bras, or if more information is required on an invoice you received, please email us and we will create a detailed receipt for you.
