Backorder / Pre-Order Items

• All back order items have an estimated dispatch time on the product page, next to the Add to Cart button. Please note that this is an estimate only.
• Selecting Express shipping unfortunately cannot speed up the dispatch time from our supplier to us. Shipping times apply only after dispatch from our warehouse to you.
• As preorder items are ordered specially for each customer, cancelling an order before the item has arrived will result in issuing of store credit.
• Orders are subject to availability of backorder products. 
• Orders with multiple backorder items from different suppliers may be split and shipped separately, at our cost.
